Your mission

Develop, maintain, and optimize Ceph and RadosGW open source code.
Provide deep technical insights and expert-level support for our operations and support teams.
Troubleshoot and fix complex issues.

Your profile

3 years of professional experience in C++ development.
Nice-to-have knowledge or interest in Ceph, RadosGW or storage solutions in general..
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of Linux environments and networking principles.
Solid knowledge of git and open source communities.
Personal responsibility and self-organization
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung & Optimierung: Du entwickelst und wartest Open-Source-Code für Ceph und RadosGW und treibst deren Optimierung voran.
Experten-Support: Du unterstützt unsere Operations- und Support-Teams mit tiefem technischem Verständnis und agierst als Ansprechpartner für komplexe Fragestellungen.
Troubleshooting: Du analysierst und behebst komplexe Fehler in verteilten Speichersystemen.

Ihr Profil

Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der C++ Entwicklung.
Tech Stack: Fundiertes Verständnis von Linux-Umgebungen und Netzwerk-Grundlagen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Git.
Fachwissen: idealerweise bringst du bereits Kenntnisse oder ein starkes Interesse an Ceph, RadosGW oder allgemeinen Storage-Lösungen mit.
Arbeitsweise: Du verfügst über exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie selbstorganisiert.
Mindset: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Softwareentwicklung und Cloud-Technologien, bist flexibel gegenüber neuen Technologien und schätzt die Arbeit in Open-Source-Communities.
Teamfähigkeit: Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team runden dein Profil ab.
